We’ll ask you to describe the issue, including the type of problem you’re having, the make and model of the door and the year it was made. We will give you a preliminary estimate over the phone and arrange a time for a service technician to visit. Once on-site, we will confirm the estimate and once approved, get straight to work.

Residential Inspection & Maintenance

Our maintenance inspection program covers every working part of your door, including fasteners, rollers, hinges, cables, the tension drive chain, and more. We grade each component in your overhead door system as green, yellow, and red, so you’ll know the exact condition of your garage door before deciding on repairs or replacement.

We lubricate and tighten all hinges and rollers while doing our inspection. On top of that, we’ll provide an estimate for any significant repairs. If you decide to move forward with a repair or replacement, you’ll enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing our work is covered with a 1-year warranty on parts (except for springs) and labour.
