Teams Transport

Teams Transport’s Head Office on Black Diamond Blvd features 13 Serco adjustable curtain docks with 40 oz heavy vinyl fabric covering.  Each dock has a Sefco Model FX air bag operated, 35,000 lb pit style dock leveller, NEMA 4 rated control panel, 110 volt/1 phase with two stage speed, self cleaning filter, unrestricted float through operating range and laminated rubber dock bumper.

The sectional overhead doors are 3″ thick with injected polyurethane foam providing a R27.5 insulation level.  The doors overlap either side by 3″ and combined with inner and outer perimeter weather stripping, provide and extra level of energy efficiency.

All doors use heavy duty 3″ continuous angle track and hardware with maximum high-lift to put the doors as close to the ceiling as possible to maximize space.  Heavy duty jackshaft operators feature built in radio receivers, photo electric reversing eyes, timer to close and emergency chain hoist.  

Loading dock lights that swing into trailers for lighting while loading and unloading were also installed.
