Located in Inkster Industrial Park this facility boasts low site coverage for optimal truck movements and easy loading.
The doors are 2″ thick sectional doors injected with polyurethane providing a R18.4 insulation value. Energy efficiency was further improved by installing the doors with a 3″ overlap on each side along with inner and outer perimeter weather stripping.
The doors were installed with high torsion springs, counter balanced for longevity. Heavy duty 3″ continuous angle track and hardware with maximum hi-lift positioned the doors as tight as possible to the ceiling to maximize space.
Heavy duty jackshaft operators were installed on the larger doors and all operators have built in radio receivers, photo electric safety reversing eyes, time to close, and an emergency chain hoist in the event power is lost.
