Clopay’s Smokeshield Fabric Smoke and Fire door offers a new way to partition and compartmentalize open areas. A seal is formed within the channel the curtain rides in, stopping smoke and fire from spreading.
The advantage of this system is that it allows the guides to be hidden by surrounding wood, masonry, sheetrock or other fascia materials, giving designers more options for layout and design. The fabric panel reduces headroom, backroom and sideroom requirements, making the Smokeshield a sensible option for almost any application.
